1. The Promoter and these Terms
This Skill based competition (the "Competition") is operated by "Moya App (Pty) Ltd (2021/515484/07) in association with Dream Drive Technologies (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2023/796961/07) collectively referred to as “the Promoter” Dream Drive operates the website www.dreamdrive.co.za (the "Website"), on which entrants ("you", "Participant") purchase tickets that give access to a skill-based "Spot the Ball" online game, with the opportunity to win a car or other prizes. MoyaApp operates the MoyaApp mobile platform, on which entrants can earn free entry vouchers and follow Competition progress.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your entry and participation in the Competition. They apply together with, and in addition to, the Dream Drive Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the Website, and the MoyaApp Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available within MoyaApp.
By entering the Competition - whether by purchasing a paid entry on the Website, by redeeming a free entry voucher issued by MoyaApp, or by any other entry route described in clause 5 - you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not enter the Competition.
Copies of these Terms are available free of charge at all times at https://dreamdrive.co.za/pages/moyaapp-competition-terms and within the "Win with Moya" folder in the MoyaApp Discover tab.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To qualify for entry into the Competition, you must:
- be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry; and
- be a citizen or permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa. Proof of residency, identity and age may be required before any prize is paid or delivered.
2.2 The following persons are ineligible to participate and any entries or prizes will be forfeited:
- employees, directors, members, partners, agents, contractors or consultants of the Promoter;
- members of the immediate family of any person listed above (including spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses); and
- any person directly connected with the creation, promotion or administration of the Competition.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria.
3. Your legal undertaking
3.1 By entering the Competition you warrant that you have the legal capacity to do so, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you will be bound by these Terms and by any further rules communicated by the Promoter from time to time (including any rules published at the point of sale, in the "Win with Moya" folder or on the Website).
3.2 You confirm that your participation does not breach any law applicable to you. The Promoter will not be responsible for any Participant entering the Competition unlawfully. If in any doubt, you should not enter and should consult an appropriate adviser.
4. Competition Period and Cycles
4.1 The Competition runs from 25 May 2026, until a date and time published by the Promoter on the Website (the "Competition Period"). The Promoter may extend or shorten the Competition Period in accordance with clause 14.
4.2 Each Competition Period consists of three (3) consecutive Dream Drive competition cycles (each a "Cycle"). The start and end date of each Cycle will be published on the Website. By purchasing an entry (ticket) or redeeming a complimentary entry voucher you agree to the Cycle dates as published on the Website at the time of entry.
4.3 At the end of each Cycle one (1) Cycle First Prize Winner is determined in accordance with clauses 7 and 8 below. The three (3) Cycle First Prize Winners qualify automatically for the Grand Prize Round described in clause 9. Where, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, a Cycle is delayed, the Competition Period may be extended to a fourth Cycle on notice published on the Website.4.4 The closing time on the final day of each Cycle, and the precise mechanics for that Cycle, will be published on the Website. By entering the Competition you agree to those dates, times and mechanics as published at the time of your entry.
5. How to Enter
5.1 You can enter the Competition by one or more of the following routes:
5.2 Free entry - new MoyaApp user
Download MoyaApp and complete the onboarding journey with Lesedi (the MoyaApp onboarding assistant). On successful registration and completion of onboarding, you will receive one (1) free entry voucher, which can be redeemed for one entry into the Competition on the Website. Important Note: This eligibility rule applies exclusively to first-time MoyaApp installations and does not include returning users who are reactivating an existing account.
5.3 Free entry - existing MoyaApp user referral
Refer five (5) contacts to MoyaApp. A referral is "successful" only where each referred person:
- downloads and registers on MoyaApp; and
- completes onboarding with Lesedi.
Once five (5) of your referrals have completed both steps, you will receive one (1) free entry voucher, redeemable on the Website for one entry into the Competition. Referrals are tracked by the MoyaApp platform; the records held by MoyaApp will be conclusive evidence of whether and when a referral is successful. You will be able to track your referrals in real time within the WinACar app on Discover.
5.4 Paid Additional entries (existing users):
- Navigate to the "Win with Moya" folder in the Discover tab, and continue to the Dream Driver website to purchase a ticket. Paid entries can be settled using any payment method offered by Dream Drive at checkout.
5.5 Paid entry - on the Dream Drive Website
Purchase an entry on the Website at the paid-entry price for the relevant Cycle, as published on the Website at the time of purchase. Paid entries can be settled using any payment method offered by Dream Drive at checkout. You may purchase multiple entries, subject to the entry limit in clause 6.
5.6 Complimentary entries from Dream Drive
Dream Drive may, from time to time, issue free entry tickets as part of its loyalty programme ("Dream Miles") or other promotions. These tickets are governed by clause 12.
The Competition is a paid skill-based competition. In addition to paid entries, complimentary entries are available through the routes described in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 5.6. Complimentary entries provide the same opportunity to play the Spot the Ball game and to win as paid entries.
5.8 What you are paying for
When you make a paid entry under clause 5.4, or 5.5 you are purchasing one entry into the MoyaApp Competition and the right to play the Spot the Ball game for the relevant Cycle. You are not purchasing any other product, voucher or service.
5.9 Redemption of free entry vouchers
Free entry vouchers issued by MoyaApp under clauses 5.2 and 5.3 are redeemed automatically at the Dream Drive checkout. The process is:
- Add a MoyaApp entry to your cart on the Website (this cart will be branded with the MoyaApp logo on the Dream Drive Website).
- Play the skill-based Spot the Ball game. At checkout, the system checks your linked MoyaApp account for available free entry vouchers. If you have at least one (1) free entry voucher available, one (1) voucher will be applied automatically to your cart and the price of one (1) entry will be discounted to R0.00. No promotional code is required.
- If you have more than one (1) free entry voucher and you wish to use more than one, you must repeat the entry process for each voucher - that is, add another entry to your cart, play the Spot the Ball game and complete checkout separately for each free entry. Each free entry is associated with one independent Spot the Ball play.
- If you do not have any free entry vouchers available, no discount will be applied and the full paid-entry price will be charged for each entry in your cart.
- Free entry vouchers have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Free entry vouchers are subject to the entry rules in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 6.
- MoyaApp reserves the right to alter the future free voucher allocation on seven (7) days' notice published on the Website and within the "Win with Moya" folder. Any alteration applies prospectively and does not affect free vouchers already earned.
5.10 Dream Drive Account
To enter the Competition (including to redeem a free entry voucher), you must register a Dream Drive Account on the Website using an email address or a single Social Media Account (Facebook or Google). You may not link more than one email address or more than one Social Media Account to a single Dream Drive Account. You may change your username by logging in; creating additional accounts using different email addresses or Social Media Accounts will be treated as separate Dream Drive Accounts and may breach the entry limit in clause 6.
You are responsible for keeping your Dream Drive Account details and contact information accurate and up to date. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed or forfeited because of incorrect contact information.
6. Entry Limits
6.1 Entries are limited to one hundred (100) per Participant per Cycle (whether paid, free MoyaApp vouchers or complimentary Dream Drive tickets).
6.2 Free entry vouchers issued by MoyaApp under clauses 5.2 and 5.3, and free Dream Drive tickets issued under clause 5.6, count toward the 100-entry cap.
6.3 Abuse of the entry limit - including entering through multiple Dream Drive Accounts or MoyaApp accounts to exceed the cap - will not be tolerated. Where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant is exceeding the cap, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion:
- void any orders;
- void any Dream Drive Credit or prize won;
- award any prize to the next closest entrant;
- void any tickets without notice, first on a chronological basis with respect to orders, and thereafter on a sequential basis with respect to ticket references within an order; or
- void any tickets exceeding the first 100 tickets (of any type) entered into the Competition by that Participant in the Cycle.
6.4 You are responsible for monitoring your entries. Any breach of these limits may result in disqualification.
7. The Spot the Ball Game
7.1 Each entry into the Competition gives you the right to play one round of the Dream Drive Spot the Ball game. The object of the game is to use your skill to select the pixel that is closest to the position of the centre of the ball as determined by an independent panel of judges (the "Judges"). The Competition is determined solely by skill and proximity, without any element of chance.
7.2 Only the ticket coordinates recorded in the Dream Drive systems will be entered into the Competition, regardless of how those coordinates are displayed to you. You can verify your Competition coordinates at any time by accessing your Dream Drive Account on the Website.
8. Cycle Judgment
8.1 After the close of each Cycle, the position of the centre of the ball will be determined by the Judges - experts in the field of football (soccer) appointed by Dream Drive -applying documented football expertise and analytical criteria. The composition of the Judging panel and its analytical criteria are recorded by Dream Drive for each Cycle. The Judges' process is overseen by a qualified legal expert appointed by Dream Drive and a representative of Dream Drive (the position so determined being the "Judges' Position").
8.2 Within forty-eight (48) hours of the close of a Cycle, the Judges' Position will be compared mathematically with the database of coordinates for that Cycle. The valid and eligible entry whose coordinate has the shortest straight-line distance ("Distance") to the Judges' Position is the Cycle First Prize Winner.
8.3 Tie-Break Mechanism
If two or more valid and eligible entries are equally close to, or exactly match, the Judges' Position (each a "Tie-Break Entry"), the following process applies to determine a single Cycle First Prize Winner:
Step 1 - Additional Entries Comparison. If all Participants involved in the tie have made two or more entries into the same Cycle, all of their other entries (excluding the Tie-Break Entry) will be reviewed and ranked by Distance to the Judges' Position. The Participant with the closest next-best entry takes the lead. If a tie remains, the comparison continues using each Participant's next closest entry, in descending order of proximity, until a clear winner emerges or one or more Participants have no entries remaining for comparison. Participants do not need to have submitted the same number of entries.
Step 2 - Expert Review (Judges' Decision). If the tie is unresolved at Step 1 -- the tied entries are reviewed again by the original Judges. The Judges will assess image context (including body language, eyelines, posture and sporting logic) and select the entry they consider most accurately reflects the correct coordinate, by simple majority vote. This decision is final and binding, subject to clause 17.
Step 3 - Sudden Death Challenge. If the Judges cannot agree at Step 2 (for example, a tie in votes), all tied Participants will be invited to play a new Spot the Ball round using a different image, at no further cost. The new image will be selected from a pool of pre-prepared images by the Dream Drive operations team in a manner that does not favour any Participant. The new round is judged under the same Terms. If a tie persists, the process may be repeated using new images until a single winner is determined. If a tied Participant cannot be reached within 72 hours of first contact, they forfeit their place in the tie-break and the round proceeds with the remaining Participants.
8.4 Runner-up recognition
At the sole discretion of the Promoter, tied entrants who do not ultimately win may be awarded a runner-up prize ( not a vehicle) or Dream Drive Credit as recognition.
9. Cycle Winners and the Grand Prize Round
9.1 The three (3) Cycle First Prize Winners qualify automatically for the Grand Prize Round There is no separate principal prize awarded at the end of an individual Cycle - only the Grand Prize Winner receives a car . Cycle First Prize Winners who do not win the Grand Prize may, at the Promoter's discretion, be considered for runner-up prizes under clause 11.
9.2 Grand Prize Round mechanics
- The Grand Prize Round is a separate Spot the Ball challenge using a new image issued specifically for the Round. No further payment is required to participate.
- The Grand Prize Round entry window opens at 00:00 (SAST) on the Wednesday immediately following the end of the third Cycle, and closes at 23:59 (SAST) on the Friday of the same week. Each qualifying Cycle First Prize Winner has this window in which to submit their Grand Prize Round entry.
- A Cycle First Prize Winner who does not submit a Grand Prize Round entry within the window forfeits their place in the Grand Prize Round. The Promoter is under no obligation to substitute or replace a forfeiting qualifier.
- The Judges will determine the Judges' Position for the Grand Prize Round image one (1) week after the end of the third Cycle, applying the same process described in clause 8 (including the tie-break process in clause 8.3 where applicable).
- The qualifying Participant whose Grand Prize Round entry is closest to the Judges' Position is the "Grand Prize Winner".
10. Notification, Verification and Prize Delivery
10.1 Winners are contacted using the contact details on their Dream Drive Account and, where applicable, their MoyaApp profile, including via in-app Chat notification, SMS, email or telephone call. Winners will also be announced on the MoyaApp Competition Leaderboard within the "Win with Moya" folder. To enable us to coordinate a surprise prize handover where appropriate, we encourage all Participants to add Surprise Contact Details in their Dream Drive Account settings - see clause 10.5.
10.2 Before any prize is paid or delivered, a Winner must:
- submit a copy of their South African Identity Document or passport;
- confirm their identity, age and (for paid entries) ownership or authorisation to use the payment method used to purchase tickets; and
- provide any additional information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility.
10.3 Failure to respond to first contact within seven (7) calendar days, or supplying incorrect, misleading or inappropriate information, may result in disqualification and the Promoter awarding the prize to the next closest entrant (or, for the Grand Prize Round, to the qualifying Participant with the next closest Grand Prize Round entry).
10.4 Once verification is complete the Winner will be contacted to arrange prize delivery. Where a prize includes a choice of vehicles, the Winner must communicate their chosen vehicle in writing.
10.5 Surprise Contact Details. In your Dream Drive Account settings you may add the contact details of a person whom the Promoter may contact to assist with a surprise handover if you become a Winner. We strongly recommend completing this section - it allows us to coordinate a surprise reveal (including, where you wish, filming the moment for publicity under clause 13.3). The Promoter will not share or process Surprise Contact Details for any purpose without your explicit consent.
11. Prizes
11.1 No separate Cycle prize.
There is no separate car or principal prize awarded at the end of each Cycle. Each Cycle First Prize Winner is the Participant whose entry coordinate is closest to the Judges' Position for that Cycle (determined under clause 8) and that Participant qualifies automatically for the Grand Prize Round under clause 9.
11.2 Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize Winner receives the "Grand Prize” of the specified Car, in addition to three (3) months worth of petrol and three (3) months of car insurance (insurance subject to the insurer's standard policy terms and conditions). The detailed specifications and conditions of each prize are published on the Website and in the MoyaApp "Win with Moya" folder before the Competition Period commences.
11.3. Prize substitution
If circumstances beyond The Promoter control prevent the delivery of the stated Grand Prize, the promoter may substitute a car of substantially equivalent specification and value. Cars are ordered through manufacturer-recommended principal dealers in South Africa, in basic specification and delivered with South African VAT paid; bespoke options and upgrades may be added at the Winner's cost. Delivery may take up to (or exceed) 12 months for certain vehicles.
11.4 Maximum value
The maximum value the Promoter will be liable to pay for or toward any prize is the South African Recommended Retail Price of the relevant prize as published on the Website. Any amounts above that will be for the Winner's account.
11.5 Non-transferable
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable except as expressly provided in these Terms. There is no cash alternative to any prize.
11.6
Vehicle Ownership and Retention Conditions
The prize vehicle awarded in terms of this Competition is intended for the personal use and benefit of the verified Prize Winner.
The Prize Winner agrees to retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the official date of vehicle handover (“Retention Period”), in support of the promotional intent and integrity of the Competition.
During the Retention Period:
● the vehicle should remain registered in the Winner’s name with the relevant South African vehicle licensing authorities;
● the Winner may not intentionally sell, transfer, lease, donate, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle without the prior written consent of the Promoter, except where required by law or due to exceptional circumstances reasonably accepted by the Promoter;
● the Winner is expected to maintain the vehicle in good standing, including maintaining valid insurance where reasonably possible and legally required.
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of vehicle registration and/or insurance during the Retention Period for verification and compliance purposes related to the administration of the Competition.
The Winner further agrees not to use the vehicle in connection with any unlawful activity, fraudulent conduct, or arrangement intended to undermine the fairness, spirit, or commercial integrity of the Competition.
Where the Promoter reasonably believes that the vehicle has been immediately resold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with in bad faith for commercial gain contrary to the intended purpose of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate legal or remedial action where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
12. Dream Drive Complimentary Tickets
12.1 Dream Drive may, from time to time, issue complimentary entry tickets to Participants
as part of its loyalty programme (Dream Miles), as part of customer service remedies, or in
connection with other Dream Drive promotions.
12.2 Dream Drive complimentary tickets are subject to the entry rules in clause 6, may carry
expiry dates, are not transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for
cash. Specific terms applicable to a complimentary ticket will be communicated at the time of
issue.
12.3 Where a Cycle is closed early under clause 14.2, Dream Drive Credit may be issued to
affected Participants for use in a subsequent competition. Dream Drive Credit is subject to
the same conditions as complimentary tickets and to any Dream Drive Credit programme
terms published on the Website.
13. Marketing communications and personal data
13.1 Service vs marketing communications
Service communications. We will send you operational and Competition-related communications by SMS, email, in-app message and telephone - for example voucher availability notices, entry confirmations, draw announcements, Winner notifications, prize verification, fraud-prevention notices and material updates to these Terms. These communications are necessary to administer the Competition and you cannot opt out of them while you have active entries.
Marketing communications. We may also wish to send you marketing communications about other partners' products, future promotions and partner offerings. In accordance with section 69 of POPIA, we will only send you direct marketing communications by electronic means where you have given separate, express consent - typically by ticking the optional marketing-consent box during MoyaApp registration, Dream Drive checkout or in your account preferences. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win the Competition.
Withdrawing marketing consent. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time and free of charge by:
- selecting the “Marketing Preferences” option in the "My Moya" folder in MoyaApp’s Discover;
- emailing hello@dreamdrive.co.za with the subject line "OPT-OUT";
- using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; or
- adjusting your communication preferences in your Dream Drive Account or MoyaApp account settings.
13.2 Personal information (POPIA)
Your personal information is processed for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, contacting Winners, delivering prizes and (where you have separately consented) sending marketing communications. Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA, the Dream Drive Privacy Policy (https://dreamdrive.co.za/policies/privacy-policy) and the MoyaApp Privacy Policy available within MoyaApp.
MoyaApp and Dream Drive each act as responsible parties for the personal information they collect directly from you. Where information is shared between them - for example to validate redemption of a MoyaApp free entry voucher on the Website, or to publish Winners on the MoyaApp Competition Leaderboard - that sharing is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is governed by a data sharing arrangement between
MoyaApp and Dream Drive.
Where Dream Drive or MoyaApp use third-party service providers (including cloud, analytics
or payment processors), some of whom may be located outside South Africa, those
processors are subject to written contracts requiring an adequate level of protection
consistent with POPIA section 72.
Data subject requests (access, correction, deletion or objection) can be sent to the MoyaApp’s “OPT-In” option available in the "My Moya" folder on Discover and to
hello@dreamdrive.co.za for Dream Drive matters.
13.3 Winner publicity
Winners may be asked to provide photographs, or to pose for photographs and videos, that may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter (including a possible surprise reveal arranged with the Surprise Contact under clause 10.5). Winners may decline publicity in writing before prize handover. Declining publicity does not affect entitlement to the prize.
14. Cancellation, modification and refunds
14.1 The Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Competition or any Cycle in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical failure, suspected fraud, or any other factor that materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
14.2 If a Cycle is closed early by the Promoter, the Cycle First Prize Winner may be selected from all valid and eligible entries received before closure, or the Promoter may close the Cycle without selecting a Winner. In the latter case, Dream Drive will provide all entrants in that Cycle with Dream Drive Credits to replay equivalent tickets in a subsequent competition, in accordance with clause 12.
14.3 Material modifications (including but not limited to changes to Cycle dates, prize specifications, or the Grand Prize Round mechanics) do not, to the extent permitted by law, trigger a right to a cash refund. The Promoter will give reasonable notice of material modifications on the Website and within the MoyaApp "Win with Moya" folder. Where a modification materially disadvantages entrants in a particular Cycle, Dream Drive Credits may be issued at the Promoter's discretion as the standard remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
15. Electronic communications and technical matters
15.1 The Promoter is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, including malfunctions, failures or interruptions of computer, telephone, cable, network or internet hardware or software, or for acts or omissions of any service provider, internet availability issues, traffic congestion, or unauthorised human acts. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to award prizes correctly; where hardware, software or human error results in an incorrect award, the Promoter may reclaim the prize and re-award it to the correct entrant at its sole discretion, without admission of liability.
15.2 The Promoter is not liable for any economic or other consequential loss incurred by individuals to whom a prize has been incorrectly awarded, except to the extent that liability
cannot lawfully be excluded.
15.3 The Promoter may extend a Cycle's closing date if a Cycle is disrupted by factors beyond its control (including computer virus infection, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failure).
16. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
16.1 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, fitness for purpose or suitability of any goods or services offered as prizes and disclaims all responsibility in this regard, save for the warranties implied by the Consumer Protection Act
68 of 2008 which cannot be excluded.
16.2 Except for liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Promoter's negligence, gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter,and any other liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, (including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008), the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained, whether to person or property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, economic or otherwise, arising from any act or omission of the Promoter, its servants or agents in connection with the Competition, the prizes, or the supply of any goods or services to a Winner.
16.3 You indemnify the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents and directors against any and all loss, damage, claim or cost arising out of or related to your participation in the Competition, your use of the Website or MoyaApp, or any breach by you of these Terms, other than to the extent caused by the Promoter’s own gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of these Terms. This indemnity extends to the reasonable costs incurred in defending any action.
16.4 Use of the Website, the MoyaApp platform and your Dream Drive Account is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility and risk of loss, subject to clauses 16.1 and
16.2.
17. Dispute resolution and finality of judging
Cycle First Prize Winners and the Grand Prize Winner are determined by the independent Judging panel referred to in clause 8 and the Promoter under clause 9. The decision of the Promoter and the Judges is final, save where review or challenge is permitted under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Judging decisions will not be re-opened once made except where a technical or procedural error has occurred, in which case the Promoter may amend results to reflect the correct outcome.
18. Fraud and abuse prevention
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant or void any entry that, in its sole discretion, is suspected of breaching these Terms or manipulating the system. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- creating multiple MoyaApp or Dream Drive Accounts to exceed entry limits;
- using automated tools, bots or scripts to submit entries or to artificially generate referrals;
- coordinated entry purchasing or referral activity to gain an unfair advantage; and
- attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the Website or MoyaApp.
Where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is identified, the Promoter may take further legal action and permanently restrict access to the Website and to MoyaApp Competition features.
19. Amendments to these Terms
The Promoter may amend these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, notice will be provided on the Website, by email and/or via in-app notification on MoyaApp. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised. Continued participation in the Competition following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the Competition are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and POPIA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Competition is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
