This Privacy Policy, together with the Dream Drive Terms of Play, applies to the relationship between you and us and the Services we provide from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, defined words in the Terms of Play will have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy, and words defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013; (hereinafter POPIA) will have those defined meanings in this Privacy Policy.
You specifically consent that we may collect and process your personal information through your access and use of the Site, during conversations or correspondence with our representatives, or when you complete an application form to register an account and when using the Services.
You have to supply the required personal information in order to utilise the Services, and failure to do so will result in your being unable to use the Services.

- Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Purchases made via credit card will be verified, authenticated and securely stored by Ozow, Paygate, Adumo, Peach Payments and/or Paystack. This information is not used for any other purpose by us or our financial services providers and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the Services.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, or to reasonably protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our users, or to prevent and detect security threats, fraud or other malicious activity.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
- We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement a range of technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that while we take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
- Information, including your personal information may be stored by third party cloud service providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Shopify. Due to its nature, cloud services are based in various locations around the world. Information is held only as long as you are a registered user of the website or as may be legally required. Information which you provide to us will be stored electronically and/or in hard copy, with reasonable security measures protecting such. However, we do work with third party contractors, some of whom host and operate certain features of the website. Accordingly, information that we collect from you may be collected in or transferred to a destination outside South Africa, and / or may be processed by staff operating outside South Africa who work for us or for one of our contractors. By submitting personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data and personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
